If your official is not present at game time, please

call each of these numbers, in the following order, until you reach someone that can determine the location of your game official. If you

leave a message, please be very clear about your school, opponent, location, sport and game time.

Official Evaluation Forms

We encourage you to submit an evaluation form about each official at your games, whether positive, negative, or neutral. Every bit of information helps us provide better officials for your

games. Evaluation forms are available on our web site.

Please do not call with official evaluations

. Fax or e-mail evaluations, so that we will have a

documented record of your comments. We will contact you if we have any follow-up questions.

Rules

All league rules are available on our web site. Please be sure that you have a copy of the

current rules with you at each game. Each rule set has a “Revised” date at the top to confirm the

latest version of the rules.

Schedule Changes

If you need to add, change, or cancel a game, please contact your athletic director for a Game

Change Form. Following the step-by-step instructions on the form will ensure that an official is

present for your game.

Your Schedule

After the games are entered into the online scheduling system, please request a copy of your

schedule from your athletic director, so that you can verify your team’s schedule.

DIVISION INFORMATION

Some divisions have new names that are not directly referenced in the SFVPSL sport rules. To keep these new

division names consistent and to avoid confusion with which rule adjustments apply to each division, please refer to

the lists below.

 

ELEMENTARY DIVISIONS

Varsity 1 = A

Varsity 2 = B

JV = C

Examples: 6th grade Boys Varsity 1 = B6A

6th grade Boys Varsity 2 = B6B

4th grade Boys JV = B4C

 

JUNIOR HIGH DIVISIONS

Varsity 1 = 8

Varsity 2 = 8

JV = 7

Fun = 8C

Examples: Junior High Girls Varsity 1 = G8

Junior High Girls Varsity 2 = G8

Junior High Girls JV = G7

Junior High Girls Fun = G8C
